The Flexfit 180 Delta has no center seam on the front, a stain-resistant polyester shell and a sweat-resistant band. That seamless front is why we point patch buyers to it: a 3 in leather patch bonds flat with nothing underneath it. Battle Born Clothing decorates it with patches, flat embroidery or puff.

## Best cap for large leather patches

- Flat embroidery, front panel, up to 6,000 stitches: $7.00 per cap at 12-47, $5.00 at 80+, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing.
- 3D puff embroidery on the front: quoted per design. Puff + flat combo uses one digitizing fee.
- Laser-engraved leather patch, glued: $8.00 per cap at 1-23, $7.50 at 24-47, then $0.50 less every 24 pieces down to $4.00 at 192+. Sewn-on adds $4–6 per hat, quoted with the job.
- Side hit, back arch text and second placements: quoted per job.
